  • Do you sell Gifts Cards?
  • What are your store hours?
    • Please see the bottom right of this page to see the most up to date hours.
  • How long will my shipment take to arrive?
    • For Standard (non-expedited) orders, Fulfillment typically pulls & processes orders in batches about 1-2 times per week, depending on load. Once processed, our system will automatically notify you - using the contact info you provided - with your tracking information (if applicable). Local (Hawaii) orders typically take a day or two through USPS from the time it is processed/sent. Mainland orders a few days more. Expedited orders are pulled and processed based on the type of shipping chosen by the customer. 
  • What is your return & exchange policy?
  • Can I pick up my order?
    • Yes! We are currently open as a pop-up shop (see hours at the bottom of this page) at Omiyage Market & Gifts (Waimalu Shopping Center between Waimalu Chop Suey and Chun Wah Kam). You can pre-order online and choose "Pick Up" at checkout or shop in real time at the shop.
  • Do you have a store?
    • We are currently open as a pop-up shop as mentioned above, but are waiting out the pandemic before safely opening in our permanent location in the back of OMG. We are hoping for the 2nd half of 2021 to open as the anchor tenant at Omiyage Market & Gifts at Waimalu Shopping Center, but will have to wait and see. The future address is 98-020 Kamehameha Hwy, #119E, Aiea, HI 96701.
  • Where can I buy your products in person?
    • At our pop-up shop as mentioned above (see hours at the bottom of this page), or at a select number of retail locations from Hawaii, to the mainland, to Japan who carry a limited selection of our goods. The details for this information can be found on our "Where to Buy" page here.
  • When is your next pop-up?
    • See our store hours at the bottom of this page. Now that we have a physical location, we will likely be scaling back on the amount of external pop-up events we do, but will definitely still be doing a handful of our favorites, including more off island events. To see what we have on our schedule, see our "Where to Buy" page here or follow us on social media for all the latest.
  • Can you send my order to my hotel or BnB while in Hawaii?
    • Yes! At checkout, just use your BnB's or hotel's address as your shipping address and include a note that has the details of your stay duration and we will time the delivery of your goods to arrive during that window. For BnBs, please be sure to pay close attention to your tracking info and be sure you are at the home at the time of the delivery as we cannot control what happens to your package once it is left at the doorstep. For hotels, just check in with the front desk who will have your package ready for you.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Shop Pay & VISA.
  • What does VH07V mean?
    • In short, VH07V spells ALOHA upside down and is meant to be a daily reminder for us to keep ALOHA in our hearts. See the full meaning of VH07V here.

  • Do you have a Fundraiser program?
    • Sorry, we have sunsetted our fundraiser program at this time.
